It is not uncommon to tend to put aside some of the important work tools for many reasons. For instance, when your current job doesn't require you to use a certain tool, then it is highly possible that you may not touch that tool unless you have some spare time to play around with it.
This is what happened with me and Power BI. A few years had passed without me using it for any practical purpose. So, I felt it was imperative to refresh my skills in the use of this increasingly important tool for business intelligence and analytics.
True to the old knowledge, it is easy sailing to revisit a tool that you were once very well versed with. Other than some advanced functionalities and a few others that had slipped off my memory, I found myself using Power BI just as if I hadn't taken leave of it for a while.
